Chem Resist's Fluid Transfer Division provides a range of diaphragm pumps. These are all air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps manufactured by Almatec.

The advantages of air-operated diaphragm pumps include:

  • Infinitely controlled via air supply
  • Easy start up and non-stalling
  • No rotating parts in the product stream
  • Solids handling capability
  • Gentle displacement.

  • Plastic Diaphragm Pumps
    The Almatec range of plastic diaphragm pumps represents the latest generation of plastic air-operated double diaphragm pumps constructed with a solid design. There are two options of plastic diaphragm pumps – E Series and CXM Series.
  • Metallic Diaphragm Pumps
    The three pump sizes in the metallic diaphragm pump series allow maximum delivery volumes of 4.5 m³/h (AD 20), 9 m³/h (AD 32) and 24 m³/h (AD 50).

  • Hygienic Diaphragm Pumps
    The Almatec BIOCOR air-operated double diaphragm pump series is especially designed for sterile applications within the pharmaceutical, biotechnical and food industry. 

  • High Pressure Diaphragm Pumps
    Almatec AHD and AHS Series air-operated double-diaphragm pumps have been specially designed for the safe operation of high-pressure applications up to 15 bar (218 psig).
